摘要
生产力发展是人类文明形态演进的杠杆.中国共产党带领人民历经百年奋斗,成功走出中国式现代化新路并创造人类文明新形态,这一成就离不开党对生产力不断发展的坚持与探索.在新的历史条件下,新质生产力的提出为实现中国式现代化、创造人类文明新形态提供了新动能.在中国式现代化道路上,新质生产力以其文明逻辑对发展理念、增长理念、发展范式等实现了超越,从而不断开辟生产力跃迁新境界.加快发展新质生产力,作为中国式现代化创造人类文明新形态的实践要求,要充分发挥党和国家引领作用,保障人类文明新形态的演进方向;推动科技创新与产业革命,重塑人类文明新形态的增长动能;加快形成新型生产关系,构筑人类文明新形态的内在秩序;厚植现代化经济体系,夯实人类文明新形态的物质基础.
Abstract
The development of productive forces is the lever of the evolution of human progress.After a century of struggle,the Communist Party of China has successfully led the people to find a new path of Chinese modernization and create a new model for human progress.The achievement is inseparable from the Party's persistence and exploration of the continuous development of productive forces.In the new historical conditions,the proposal of the new-quality productive force provides a new driving force for the realization of Chinese modernization and the creation of the new model for human progress.In the process of Chinese modernization,the new-quality productive forces have re-alized the transcendence of the development concept,growth concept,and development paradigm of capitalist civilization with its transcendental logic of civilization,thus constantly opening up new realms for the leap of productive forces.As a practical requirement for Chinese modernization to continue a new model for human progress,it is necessary to fully develop the leading role of the Party and the state to ensure the evolutional direction of the new model for human progress,to pro-mote scientific and technological innovation and industrial revolution to reshape the driving force of growth for the new model for human progress,to accelerate the formation of new productive rela-tions to build an internal order of the new model for human progress,and to solidify a modern eco-nomic system to consolidate the material foundation for the new model for human progress.
