乡村振兴背景下数字农业建设过程演进及机制——基于云南省双柏县的案例分析

数字农业是实现乡村振兴的重要抓手,然而数字农业建设的动态演进过程和其中的微观机制尚未被深入剖析.基于云南省双柏县数字农业建设实践,本文研究发现,数字农业建设经历了三个阶段的动态演进过程:(1)基础夯实阶段,乡村以强化要素保障和夯实农业基础为目标,通过聚合机制和连接机制聚能农业数字化发展;(2)统筹布局阶段,乡村以农业生产合理布局和效率提升为目标,通过激活机制和整合机制赋能农业全产业链提升;(3)辐射带动阶段,乡村以协同联动和产业兴旺为目标,通过协同机制和融合机制使能农村一二三产业融合发展.本文构建了数字农业建设过程演进的理论模型,以期为其他地区推进数字农业建设提供启示和参考.
Abstract
Digital agriculture is pivotal for rural revitalization.However,the dynamic process of evolution and the underlying micro mechanisms of digital agricultural construction remain underex-plored.This study reveals that the construction of digital agriculture has undergone three stages of dynamic evolution.In the stage of laying a solid foundation,rural areas aim to strengthen the factor security and consolidate agricultural foundations,promoting agricultural digitization through mech-anisms of aggregation and connection.In the stage of the overall layout,rural areas focus on ration-alizing the layout of agricultural production and improving its efficiency,empowering the entire ag-ricultural industry chain by the mechanisms of activation and integration.During the stage of radia-tion-driven growth,rural areas target synergistic linkage and industrial prosperity to facilitate the integrated development of rural primary,secondary,and tertiary industries via collaborative and integrative mechanisms.This study develops a theoretical model of the evolutionary process of digit-al agricultural construction aiming to provide practical insights and references for the promotion of digital agricultural construction in other regions.
