区域国别学的自主性构建:以英美俄早期区域国别研究为例

摘要
区域国别学的自主性构建是各国区域国别学发展的必经阶段,社会需求逻辑和学术逻辑在其中发挥了主导作用.社会自主性和知识自主性是英美俄三国早期区域国别研究发展为区域国别学的基础与条件.英美俄分别在殖民利益和保守主义政治传统、外交转向与实用主义政治思想、国家建设和重大政治变革的影响下,构建了各具特色的区域国别研究的学术规范,其研究旨趣、研究导向、学科体制与此后形成的区域国别学一脉相承.借鉴并超越英美俄早期区域国别研究中自主性发展的历史经验,中国区域国别学自主知识体系要在构建人类命运共同体、加强世界文明交流互鉴和中国独立自主的学科建设三大目标中寻找自主性发展方向与独特路径.
Abstract
The construction of autonomy is an indispensable stage in the development of the field of Area Studies in various countries.Both social and academic demands dominate this process.Social autonomy and intellectual autonomy are the foundation and condition for the development of rudi-mentary area studies into full-fledged Area Studies in Britain,the United States,and Russia.Under the influence of colonial interests and conservative political traditions,the diplomatic turn and prag-matic political thought,nation-building,and critical political reforms,all these three countries con-structed their due academic fields of Area Studies.Since then,their academic interests,orienta-tions,and institutions inherited the same paradigm as seen in the field of Area Studies.China's in-dependent knowledge system of Area Studies should find the developmental path among the follow-ing three goals:building a community with a shared future for mankind,strengthening the ex-change of world civilizations,and constructing an autonomous Chinese Area Studies school.
