How Can Hybrid Organizations Achieve Ambidextrous Innovation from the Perspective of Organizational Identity?A Case Study on the Taishan Sports Industry Group
In recent years,hybrid organizations have been playing an important role in Chinese eco-nomic development for their effectively rising to the challenges of strangling Chinese economy at-tempted by some foreign adversaries.Hybrid organizations have unique advantages in ambidextrous innovation.Taking the Taishan Sports Industry Group as an example,this study explores how hy-brid organizational identities influence ambidextrous innovation based on the theory of organization-al identity.This study reveals that the social welfare identity significantly impacts the formation of exploratory innovation.Moreover,the dynamic balance mechanism of organizational identity plays a crucial role in maintaining the dynamic equilibrium of ambidextrous innovation.
