摘要

混合型组织善于主动破解"卡脖子"难题,因此成为经济高质量发展的重要主体.混合型组织由于其双元对立特性,在实践中形成了独特的双元创新路径和机制.本文基于组织身份理论,以泰山体育产业集团为研究对象,对"混合型组织的身份组合及其动态调整如何促成双元创新的形成和平衡"这一核心问题进行探索.基于案例挖掘,本文强调混合型组织的双元创新核心身份,阐明了社会公益性身份和商业营利性身份对探索式创新和利用式创新的影响,总结出组织身份动态平衡对双元创新动态平衡的影响机制.

Abstract

In recent years,hybrid organizations have been playing an important role in Chinese eco-nomic development for their effectively rising to the challenges of strangling Chinese economy at-tempted by some foreign adversaries.Hybrid organizations have unique advantages in ambidextrous innovation.Taking the Taishan Sports Industry Group as an example,this study explores how hy-brid organizational identities influence ambidextrous innovation based on the theory of organization-al identity.This study reveals that the social welfare identity significantly impacts the formation of exploratory innovation.Moreover,the dynamic balance mechanism of organizational identity plays a crucial role in maintaining the dynamic equilibrium of ambidextrous innovation.
