There are two major traditions regarding the emergence of justice and law.One is that of Greek mythology and the other is that of the ideology of just law with a socialist appearance.Focu-sing on the task of exploring their internal connections and differences, whether from ancient Greek to our modern time or the other way around, the viewpoint on going beyond justice will be better understood when we add a philosophical critique dimension of mythology or discourse to our stud-y.Contrary to popular beliefs, just law has its mythological implications in the real world. It is pre-cisely the combination of these two seemingly different traditions that has developed in-depth re-search on historical materialism as the principle and method in discussing the norms of jus-tice.Completely different from any mythological knowledge about gods, the historical materialistic way of discussing justice is through apoha, which is a negative way to affirm the justice view and method that their founder himself attempted to elucidate. This means that historical materialism has discovered such factors as ideological fantasies, errors, and paradoxes in the traditional narratives a-bout justice. The poetic justice views of Homer,Hesiod, and Heidegger, and issues related to the so-called socialism should be identified based on this understanding.A socialist content of law inde-pendent of bourgeois jurisprudence needs to be developed through expanding its own way to over-come the bourgeois way.
