The effects of various nutrient levels on photosynthetic properties of Wasabia (Wasabia japonica Matsum) seedling were studied. The results showed that increase of nutrient levels could raise the accumulation of assimilation product obviously at later stage of growth. During the whole growth period，photosynthetic characteristics of the plant were improved with the nutrient level raising. The nutrient accumulation and photosynthetic characteristics showed best at 1.0 concentration level of nutrient solution (EC=2.45) among four treatments.
