'Hatian No.3' is a new triploid melon F1 hybrid developed by crossing tetraploid BS-1058 as female parent with diploid 5-12 as male parents. It has mid-early maturity. It is about 68 days from sowing to maturing. It has medium growth and high fruit setting rate. Its average fruit weight is 0.40-0.45 kg. Its matured fruit has yellow white skin, white pulp with cylinder shape. Its average sugar content is 13.5%. Its fruit has no matured seed. It yields over 30 t · hm-2 . It is suitable for cultivation in open and protected field in Heilongjiang.
