不同季节豇豆中农药多残留的ASE-GPC-GC/MS检测与分析

采用快速溶剂提取技术(ASE),结合自动凝胶过滤(GPC)技术以及气相色谱-质谱联用法,对北京新发地蔬菜批发市场的豇豆进行不同季节的农药多残留检测.31种农药在0.02~1.00μg mL-1范围内具有较好的线性关系,相关系数均高于0.99;8种农药的3μg回收率为73.49%~130.12%.检测结果表明,豇豆中检出频率比较高的农药为氟氯氰菊酯和烯酰吗啉(占53.85%),其次是氧乐果(42.13%)、腐霉利(34.62%)和联苯菊酯(42.31%);残留量超标的农药有3种,分别为氧乐果、对硫磷和氯氰菊酯;夏季的农药用量明显增加.ASE-GPC-GC/MS检测方法简单、快速、准确,且能节省溶剂用量,可用于农药多残留的高通量检测.
Pesticide Multiresidue Test and Analysis in Cowpea at Different Seasons by ASE-GPC-GC/MS
ASE-GPC-GC/MS method was adopted to test pesticide multiresidue at different seasons in cowpeas colected from 'Xinfadi' wholesale market of agricultural products in Beijing. The linearities of 31 kinds of pesticides ranged from 0.02-1.00 μg L-1 were good,with over 0.99 correlation coefficients. The recoveries of 3 μg for 8 pesticides were 73.49%~130.12%. The results showed that the pesticedes used with higher frequency during cowpea cultivation were cyfluthrin and dimethomorph(taking 53.85%);followed by omethoate(42.13%), procymidone(34.62%)and bifenthrin(42.31%). There were 3 kinds of pesticides with residues exceeding tolerence,they were omethoate,parathion and cypermerthrin. The pesticide quantity used in summer was obviously increased. The ASE-GPC-GC/MS testing method is simple,fast,accurate and solvent save. It can be used for determination of pesticide multiresidues in vegetables.
