仲丁灵对西瓜腋芽内源激素的影响

以秀丽西瓜为试验材料,采用抑芽剂仲丁灵乳油对西瓜腋芽进行涂抹处理,研究仲丁灵对西瓜腋芽内源激素的影响.结果表明:通过使用仲丁灵乳油,西瓜腋芽4种游离态内源激素(ZR、IAA、ABA、GA3)含量与无菌水对照相比存在差异.仲丁灵处理后1~14 d ZR含量低于对照,且变化趋势平稳,处理14 d后ZR含量逐渐增加,而对照ZR含量逐渐下降;仲丁灵处理的IAA含量呈现先增加后趋于平稳趋势,而对照呈现先下降后逐渐趋于平稳趋势;仲丁灵处理的ABA含量呈现逐渐上升的变化趋势,而对照呈现先上升后下降的趋势;仲丁灵处理的GA3含量呈现先下降后上升的变化趋势,而对照呈现逐渐上升趋势;仲丁灵处理的IAA/ZR则呈现先上升后平稳的变化趋势,对照呈现逐渐下降趋势.在仲丁灵处理后21 d,ZR、IAA、ABA含量及IAA/ZR显著高于对照,而GA3的含量显著低于对照,表现为腑芽的生长受到抑制.
Effect of Butralin on Endogenous Hormone of Watermelon Axillary Buds
This paper studies the effects of butralin on the endogenous hormones in watermelon axillary buds,taking 'Xiuli' as test watermelon materials and treated watermelon axillary buds with butralin.The results showed that the contents of 4 free carbohydrates endogenous hormones(ZR,IAA,ABA,GA3)were different from those of the control - sterile water.The ZR content in the group treated by butralin after 1-14 days was lower than that of the control,and the changing trend was stable.The ZR content increased gradually after treatment for 14 days,while the ZR content of the control decreased gradually.The IAA content in the group treated by butralin showed a trend of first increasing then steady tendency,while that of the control showed first downward then steady tendency.The ABA content of the group treated by butralin showed a gradual increasing trend,while that of the control showed a trend of first increasing then decreasing.The GA3 content of the group treated by butralin showed a first decreasing then increasing tendency,while that of the control showed a gradually increasing trend.The IAA/ZR ratio of the treatment group showed a changing trend of first rising then stable,while that of the control showed a gradually downward trend.Twenty-one days after treatment by butralin,the contents of ZR,IAA, ABA,IAA/ZR were significantly higher than those of the control,while the content of GA3 was significantly lower than that of the control. The watermelon axillary buds treated by butralin was inhibited.
