带诱芯的蓝板放置位置和方式对番茄潜叶蛾的诱捕效果

Effects of Different Angle and Height of Blue Sticky Cards on the Trap Efficacy of Tuta absoluta(Meyrick)

番茄潜叶蛾是一种重大外来入侵性有害生物,给番茄产业带来严重威胁.为明确蓝板放置方式对其诱蛾量的影响,开展了带有性诱芯的蓝板不同放置角度和不同高度对番茄潜叶蛾的诱杀效果试验.结果表明,蓝板不同放置角度和放置高度对诱蛾量影响较大.蓝板平放处理的平均诱蛾量分别是与地面角度为 45°斜放和90°竖放(蓝板垂直于地面)处理的1.438倍和8.590倍,其中平放和斜放均与竖放差异达极显著水平;蓝板放置高度为0 cm处理的平均诱蛾量分别是高度30~35 cm和高度60~65 cm处理的1.491倍和2.485倍,且与后者之间差异达显著水平.因此,田间采用蓝板对番茄潜叶蛾进行诱杀时,将蓝板平放在地面上的诱蛾效果最好.
Tomato leaf miner[Tuta absoluta(Meyrick)]is an important invasive pest,which brings serious threat to the tomato industry.To demonstrate the trap effects of different setting method of blue sticky cards on the captured number of T.absoluta,the experiments of trapping effects with different setting angles and heights of blue sticky cards with sex pheromone lure were carried out.The results showed that both the different angles and heights of the blue sticky cards had great effects on the numbers of trapped moths.The average number of moths of blue sticky cards in flat was 1.438 times and 8.590 times,compared to that in 45°-inclined to the ground and 90°-inclined(blue cards placed vertically on the ground),respectively;and the significant differences were both existed between the flatted and vertical,45°-inclined and vertical treatments.As for the different laying height,the average trapped moths in 0 cm treatment was 1.491 times and 2.485 times,compared to the heights 30-35 cm and 60-65 cm,respectively,with a significant difference between the height 0 cm and 60-65 cm treatments.Therefore,it is recommended that the blue sticky cards are placed horizontally on the ground to get the higher trapping effects for T.absoluta in the field.
