摘要

近年来,由于不合理的灌溉及其他环境因素,土壤盐渍化问题日趋严重,盐胁迫严重影响蔬菜作物生长、发育和产量,限制土地利用.盐胁迫主要改变蔬菜作物的净光合生产率、呼吸作用、细胞膜结构和各类酶活性.本文综述了盐胁迫对蔬菜作物表观形态的改变和植物内部生理生化指标的影响,阐述了蔬菜对盐胁迫的生理响应(包括渗透调节、离子区域化、抗氧化代谢)和分子调控(包括转录因子、离子平衡调控基因、抗氧化基因、小RNA)机制;总结了各类蔬菜耐盐性的鉴定方法;展望了蔬菜作物耐盐性的研究方向.

Abstract

In recent years,due to unreasonable irrigation and other environmental factors,soil salinization is becoming increasingly serious,which seriously affects the growth,development and yield of vegetable crops,and limits land use.Salt stress changes the growth and development processes of vegetables,including net photosynthetic productivity,respiration,cell membrane structure and various enzyme activities.In this review,the effects of salt stress on the apparent morphological changes of vegetable crops and the physiological and biochemical indexes of plants were reviewed,and the physiological(including osmoregulation,ion regionalization,and antioxidant metabolism)and molecular(transcription factor,ion homeostasis-related genes,antioxidant genes,and miRNAs)regulations of vegetable response were discussed.The evaluation methods of salt tolerance in various vegetable crops were summarized.The research prospects of salt tolerance in vegetable crops were further prospected.
