桂农科育1号是强雌性系MC1-1-12经 60Co-γ射线辐照诱变后结合分子标记辅助选择育成的苦瓜新品种.植株生长势强,主、侧蔓均可结瓜,持续结瓜能力强;果实短棒形,商品瓜淡黄色,粒条相间,光泽度好,味甘苦,肉质爽滑;平均瓜长25.40 cm,横径7.10 cm,肉厚1.10 cm,单瓜质量450 g,商品瓜率92%以上,每667 m2 产量3 200 kg左右;播种至始收约65 d(天),早熟,抗白粉病,中抗枯萎病,VC含量1 021.60 mg·kg-1,多肽含量0.42 mg·g-1,皂苷含量16.85 mg·g-1,适宜华南地区春、秋露地和设施栽培.
'Guinongkeyu No.1'is a new bitter gourd cultivar developed by 60Co-γ radiation and molecular marker assisted selection induced strong female strain'MC1-1-12'.It has strong vigorous growth potential.The main and lateral vines can bear melon and the ability of sustained fruiting is strong.The fruit is short stick shape,light yellow in color,mainly with strips and round nodules,moderate bitterness.It is about 25.40 cm in length,7.10 cm in width,1.10 cm in flesh thickness,and 450 g in individual fruit weight.The commodity rate is more than 92%.The general cultivation yield is about 48 t·hm-2.It takes about 65 days from sowing to first harvesting,early maturity.It is resistant to powdery mildew,and medium resistant to Fusarium wilt.The VC content is 1 021.60 mg·kg-1,polypeptide content is 0.42 mg·g-1,and saponins content is 16.85 mg·g-1.It is suitable for spring and autumn cultivation in open field or facility cultivation in south China.
