摘要

为明确广西南宁市冬瓜育苗基地立枯病的病原菌,筛选出高效的杀菌剂,利用组织分离法分离纯化得到立枯病的病原菌,并对14种杀菌剂进行筛选评价.从冬瓜立枯病病样上分离出病原菌,菌株命名为DGLK1,经致病性测定、形态学观察和分子鉴定,确定立枯丝核菌(Rhizoctonia solani AG4HG-Ⅰ)是引起冬瓜立枯病的病原菌,为国内首次报道.参试14种杀菌剂中,450 g·L-1 咪鲜胺水乳剂对该病原菌抑制作用最强,EC50 为0.220 3 mg·L-1,其次为500 g·L-1 异菌脲悬浮剂、40%五硝·多菌灵可湿性粉剂、430 g·L-1 戊唑醇悬浮剂、75%肟菌·戊唑醇水分散粒剂,可作为冬瓜立枯病田间防治的候选药剂.

Abstract

In order to definite the pathogen of damping offat seeding stage of wax gourd from the Nanning region of Guangxi,and screen effective control fungicides,this study isolated and purified the pathogen from damping off at seeding stage of wax gourd by tissue separation method,screend 14 kinds of fungicides,and evaluated their control effects.A fungus was isolated from damping offat seeding stage of wax gourd,and the strain was named as DGLK1.After pathogenicity tests,morphological observation and molecular identification,it was confirmed that Rhizoctonia solani AG4HG-Ⅰwas the causal of damping offon wax gourd seeding,which is reported for the first time in China.Among 14 fungicides,450 g·L-1 prochloraz EW had the strongest inhibitory effect with EC50 of 0.220 3 mg·L-1,followed by 500 g·L-1 iprodione SC,40%quintozene·carbcndazim WP,430 g·L-1 tebuconazole SC,75%trifloxystrobin·tebuconazole WDG.They could be used as candidate agents for field control on damping offon wax gourd seeding.
