摘要
为分析我国辣椒产业的种植生产效率,基于我国辣椒主产省的调研数据,运用数据包络分析(DEA)方法对2022年辣椒种植生产效率进行多角度的分析.研究发现,我国辣椒种植生产效率普遍较低,且存在显著的区域差异.不同地区、不同经营主体的最优种植规模和生产效率存在差异,东北地区辣椒种植农户的生产效率最优,西北地区以种植大户为最优,黄淮海和中南地区以合作社为最优,华东和西南地区则以龙头企业为最优.研究结果表明,提高辣椒种植生产效率需要根据地区特点和经营主体类型进行针对性的技术和管理创新,并提供配套的政策支持和技术培训,全面保障各经营主体的生产效率最优.
Abstract
In order to analyze the production efficiency of China's pepper planting,the data envelopment analysis(DEA)method is employed based on survey data from the main pepper-planting provinces in 2022.The findings reveal generally low production efficiency in pepper planting across China,with significant regional differences.Variations are observed in optimal planting scale and production efficiency among pepper planters and regions.Farmers in the northeastern region demonstrate the highest production efficiency,while large-scale growers excel in the northwest.Cooperatives perform best in the Huang-Huai-Hai and central-southern regions,whereas leading enterprises show the highest efficiency in the eastern and southwestern regions.The research results indicate that the need to improve the production efficiency should target technological and management innovations according to regional characteristics and types of pepper planters.Additionally,providing policy support and technical training is essential to ensure optimal production efficiency for each pepper planters.
