摘要
开展党纪学习教育是以习近平同志为核心的党中央加强纪律建设、纵深推进全面从严治党的重要举措,也是提升党和国家监督体系治理效能的内在要求.在以中国式现代化全面推进中华民族伟大复兴的新征程上,开展党纪学习教育对于统筹"两个大局"应对风险挑战、推进新时代党的建设新的伟大工程、完善党的自我革命制度规范体系以及深刻领悟"两个确立"的决定性意义具有重要意义.而无产阶级政党理论的运用与发展、党重视纪律教育的优良传统、新时代党的建设经验的巩固升华构成了开展党纪学习教育理论之基、历史之维和实践之路.为此,开展党纪学习教育,必须在准确把握"党的六大纪律"的主旨要义和规定要求上下功夫,扎实推进党纪学习教育走深走实;必须在运用系统思维,强化思想引领、立足时代高位、严明纪律要求等上下功夫,切实把党纪学习教育成果转化为党和国家监督体系治理效能.
Abstract
Carrying out the party discipline education is an important measure for the the CPC Central Committee with Xi Jinping as the core to strengthen discipline construction and further pro-mote the comprehensive and strict administration of the CPC,and it is also an inherent requirement for improving the governance efficiency of the CPC and state supervision system.On the new journey of comprehensively promoting the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation with Chinese path to mod-ernization,carrying out the study and education of party discipline is of great significance for coordi-nating the"take into account both domestic and international imperatives"to deal with risks and chal-lenges,promoting the great new project of strengthening the CPC,improving the self-reform of the CPC system norm system,and deeply understanding of the decisive significance of"two affirma-tions".The application and development of the theory of proletarian political parties,the fine tradi-tion of the CPC's emphasis on discipline education,and the consolidation and sublimation of the CPC's construction experience in the new era constitute the basis for carrying out the education of party discipline theory,as well as the historical and practical path.To carry out party discipline education,efforts must be made to accurately grasp the main ideas and requirements of"party discipline mainly consists six discipline",and to solidly promote the deepening and implementation of party discipline education;efforts must be made to apply systematic thinking,strengthen ideological guidance,stand at the forefront of the times,and strictly enforce disciplinary requirements,in order to effectively transform the achievements of party discipline education into the governance effectiveness of the party and state supervision system.
