Optimization study on the operation of No.Five Pumping Station in the Yanhuan Dingyang Yellow River irrigation district
Cascade pumping stations are responsible for the important tasks of agricultural and domestic water sup-ply,and consume a lot of energy in operation.Therefore,improving the efficiency of the pumping stations and re-ducing energy consumption are of great significance to the national economy.In order to reasonably select the com-bination mode of pump units under different working conditions and realize the operation optimization of single-stage pump station,the mathematical model of pump station energy consumption optimization is established by analyzing the pump operation characteristics and pipeline loss characteristics.The dynamic programming method is used to determine the constraint conditions and recursive equations with the lowest total energy consumption of pump station as the objective function.The MATLAB dynamic programming program is written to solve the model and calculate the optimal starting combination.Taking the No.5 pumping station of the Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia Yanhuanding Yellow River Irrigation as the research object,the calculation results show that the dynamic programming method and the computer language can quickly and accurately find the optimal start-up combination among all the pump start-up combinations under satisfactory constraint conditions,reduce the energy consumption of the pumping sta-tion and improve the operation efficiency of the pumping station.The established mathematical model has strong practicability and universality,which can provide optimal decision for the operation of the pump station,and has certain guiding significance and application value for improving the economic benefits of the pump station.
