Research and application of early monitoring of river and lake levee breach hidden danger based on remote sensing
The identification and monitoring of hidden dangers of levees is of great significance to the safe flood control of levees. In the flood season of 2022,the largest flood in the hydrological record occurred in the Raoyang River in Panjin City,Liaoning province. At 10:30 on August 1,the levees in the Shusilian section of the lower left bank of the Rouyang River burst, causing serious losses to important national infrastructure such as oil fields. In this paper, for the purpose of early monitoring of the hidden danger of levee breach,Sentinel-1 radar data is used to monitor the settlement information of levee through the differential interferometry technology of aperture radar integrated with small baseline. The ground settlement risk is classified based on analytic hierarchy process and com-prehensive index method, and the assessment method of levee settlement risk is constructed by integrating the ground settlement risk and the development degree of settlement. The remote sensing monitoring and evaluation of river and lake dike subsidence danger is carried out, which includes early subsidence monitoring, ground subsid-ence risk classification and subsidence risk analysis. The results show that from 2017 to 2022,the average settle-ment rate of the dike at the breach is 98.65 mm/a,the cumulative settlement amount is 422.82 mm,and the length of the dike at the low risk, medium risk and high risk sections is 13.8 km,3.5 km and 2.7 km,respectively. The breach is located at the high risk section, close to the settlement center, and there are hidden dangers. It may cause levee failure and eventually levee failure.SBAS-InSAR deformation monitoring and dike risk classification play a good role in the early monitoring of dike breach hazards, clearly distinguish the size of the settlement hazards of each section of dike, and can be popularized and applied in the early identification of dike hazards, providing technical support for the prevention and control of dike breach during flood season, and providing references for the monitoring and management of dike in various risk sections.
