Study on the Second-phase Wind-sand Control in Shiquanhe Basin
The paper, according to its natural, economic conditions andfeatures of wind-sand, works out a set of comprehensive plan for controlling wind-sand in Shiquanhe basin composed of mechanical, biological and assistant measures. Under the guidance of the rules of wind-sand activities and the thought of sustainable development, the engineering not only ; sustainable developmenteffectively control wind-sand disaster, improve ecological environment in the basin, but also promote economic development by exploiting land and water resources. This reflects a new idea of combination in wind-sand controlling and resources exploitation in cold and arid regions.
