河西地区农业绿色发展水平测度及耦合协调提升路径

研究农业绿色发展水平及其内部耦合协调提升路径,有助于推动河西地区的资源节约、农业生态修复、绿色技术支撑以及高质量发展。采用《农业绿色发展水平监测评价办法(试行)》中监测评价指标体系,基于2018-2022年甘肃省河西地区5市的面板数据,运用熵权法和耦合协调度模型,测度河西地区农业绿色发展水平,深入探讨其内部耦合协调关系,并从时空演变角度进行原因剖析。结果表明:(1)河西地区农业绿色发展水平呈现出良好上升趋势,但总体水平还比较低,资源节约利用和绿色技术支撑是发展的短板。各市之间仍存在不平衡不充分的发展问题。(2)河西地区农业绿色发展耦合协调度逐年上升,具有总体水平较高、提升速度缓慢、空间不协调的特点,区域呈现中部领先、东南部跟进、西北部赶超的发展特征。提升耦合协调度需通过提高资源节约利用效率、加强农业生态修复水平、重视农业污染问题、缩小地区发展差距以及针对性调整各影响因素来实现。
Measurement and coupling coordination promotion path of agricultural green development level in the Hexi Region
Researching the level of agricultural green development and its internal coupling coordination promo-tion path is conducive to promote resource conservation,agricultural ecological restoration,green technology support and high-quality development in the Hexi Region.Responding to the national policy arrangements,we adopt the latest monitoring and evaluation index system proposed in the"Agricultural Green Development Level Monitoring and Evaluation Method(Trial)".Based on the panel data of 5 cities in the Hexi Region of Gansu Province from 2018 to 2022,using the entropy weight method and coupling coordination degree model,we mea-sured the level of agricultural green development in the region,deeply explored its internal coupling coordination relationship,and to analyze the reasons from the perspective of temporal and spatial evolution.The results show:(1)The level of agricultural green development in the Hexi Region shows a good upward trend,but the overall level is still relatively low.Resource conservation and utilization and green technology support are the shortcom-ings of development.There are still unbalanced and insufficient development issues among cities.(2)The cou-pling coordination degree of agricultural green development in the Hexi Region has been increasing year by year,with the characteristics of high overall level,slow improvement speed,and spatial imbalance,showing a development feature of central leadership,southeastern follow-up,and northwestern catch-up.To improve the coupling coordination degree,it is necessary to achieve this by improving resource conservation and utilization,strengthening the level of agricultural ecological restoration,paying attention to agricultural pollution issues,narrowing the development gap between regions,and adjusting each influencing factor in a targeted manner.
