采前苯丙噻重氮处理增强马铃薯的贮藏性

分别于采前30d和15d用100 ppm BTH对陇薯3号马铃薯植株进行1、2次喷洒,于采后统一收获块茎,分析BTH处理后陇薯3号马铃薯采后贮藏性指标的变化.结果表明:100 ppm BTH采前15d、30d以及叶面喷施马铃薯,可显著降低块茎采后干腐病的病斑直径,并对块茎贮藏中的发芽率、绿化率及失重速度有显著的抑制作用,且BTH处理次数的增加,抑制作用有增强趋势.我们的结果表明采前BTH处理可增强陇薯3号马铃薯块茎采后的耐贮藏性.
Effects of the Storage Quality of Potato by Pretharvest Benzothiadiazole (BTH) Spraying
"Longshu 3" potato (Solanum tuberosum Longshu No.3) were used as test materials to analysis the effects of storage quality by Benzothiadiazole (BTH). The plants were sprayed with 100 ppm BTH for 1 and 2 times at 30 d and 15 d of preharvest, respectively. Storage quality parameters were analyzed after postharvest. Compared with control, the results showed that diameter of dry rot, germination rate, greening rate and the rate of weight loss of potato decreased significantly in treated fruit during storage. And the inhibition roles had an increasing trend followed with the increase of BTH treatment times. The results suggest that preharvest BTH treatment can enhance the storage quality of potato.
