摘要

用高效液相色谱法对食品中的五种人工合成着色剂含量进行了测定,并对其加标回收率及精密度进行分析,以验证实验的可行性.

Abstract

The content of five synthetic colorants in food was determined by high performance liquid chromatography, and its recovery and precision were analyzed to verify the feasibility of the experiment.
