Zn(OH)2/GO纳米复合材料对漆酚性能的影响

本文以Zn(OH)2/GO和漆酚为原料制备改性漆膜,通过国标测试了漆膜的常规物理化学性能,并利用扫描电镜、热重测定、抗菌性测定等手段进一步研究了漆膜的性能.实验结果表明,Zn(OH)2/GO显著降低了漆膜的表干时间和光泽度,同时提高了漆膜的硬度、附着力、耐化学介质性能、热稳定性和抗菌率等性能.
In this paper,Zn(OH)2/GO and urushiol were used as raw materials to prepare the modified paint film,and the conventional physicochemical properties of the film were tested by national standards.And further investigation of film properties also was conducted through using scanning electron microscopy,thermogravimetry,and antimicrobial.The experimental results showed that Zn(OH)2/GO significantly reduced the surface drying time and gloss of the paint film,and at the same time improved the hardness,adhesion,chemical media resistance,thermal stability and antimicrobial rate of the paint film.
