Objective:To observe the curative effect of self-made Qing Fei decoction adjuvant treatment on chronic pneumonia. Methods:92 patients with chronic pneumonia were selected from April 2013 to April 2014.They were randomly divided into the study group and the control group with 46 cases in each.The control group were given anti infection primarily comprehensive treatment.The study group were given self-made Qing Fei decoction treatment on the basis of the control group.The inflammatory response related factor level before and after treatment and the lung function index level after treatment of two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,the inflammatory response related factor level of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group;the lung function index level of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group;the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The self-made Qing Fei decoction adjuvant treatment on chronic pneumonia can effectively decrease the inflammatory factor level of patients,and improve pulmonary function.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
