摘要

目的:探讨慢性化脓性中耳炎手术中患者听力受损的高危因素及防治对策.方法:2016年6月-2018年6月收治慢性化脓性中耳炎手术患者160例,分析术中操作引起听力受损的高危因素,探讨防治对策.结果:18例患者术中出现听力受损,发生率为11.25％;危险因素主要包含锤骨柄、咽鼓管功能、手术时间等.结论:导致慢性化脓性中耳炎手术中听力受损的因素比较多,术中需加强防范,减少听力受损的发生.
