摘要

目的:比较外侧小切口髋关节置换术与后路小切口髋关节置换术治疗老年创伤性股骨颈骨折的临床疗效.方法:2018年2月-2019年2月收治老年创伤性股骨颈骨折患者48例,按不同治疗方法分为两组,各24例.对照组使用外侧小切口髋关节置换术治疗;治疗组使用后路小切口髋关节置换术治疗.比较两组手术时间、术中出血量及术后疼痛程度.结果:治疗组术中出血量、术后疼痛评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).两组手术时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论:外侧小切口髋关节置换术与后路小切口髋关节置换术治疗老年创伤性股骨颈骨折疗效相当,但后路小切口髋关节置换术的手术切口小,也使得手术出血量少、术后疼痛程度低、恢复速度快.
