摘要

目的:分析鼻内镜术后分别采用甲泼尼松与泼尼松对慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉患者的影响.方法:2017年10月-2019年9月收治慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉患者92例,随机分为两组,各46例.两组患者均采取鼻内镜手术治疗,对照组术后使用泼尼松,观察组术后使用甲泼尼松.比较两组治疗效果.结果:观察组术后2、4、8周鼻息肉评分、SNOT-20评分、鼻部症状评分均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:鼻内镜术后使用甲泼尼松治疗,可改善患者鼻黏膜功能及生活质量,与泼尼松相比更具优势.
