摘要

目的:探讨全身麻醉与腰部麻醉下标准经皮肾镜取石术(PCNL)治疗肾结石的疗效及对住院时间的影响.方法:选取2017年6月-2019年6月行PCNL治疗的肾结石患者77例,根据麻醉方式不同分为两组.A组给予全身麻醉;B组行腰部麻醉.比较两组临床效果.结果:B组术中低血压发生率、住院时间及术后1 d视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分均低于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:与全身麻醉相比,在腰部麻醉下行PCNL术治疗肾结石,可降低术中低血压发生率,缩短住院时间,镇痛效果较优,且不影响结石清除率.
