摘要

目的:研究B超引导下腰丛复合坐骨神经阻滞麻醉对老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者的麻醉效果及对免疫功能的影响.方法:2018年5月-2019年10月收治老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者108例,随机分为两组,各54例.对照组采用蛛网膜下腔阻滞麻醉联合硬膜外麻醉;观察组采用B超引导下腰丛复合坐骨神经阻滞麻醉.比较两组麻醉效果.结果:观察组神经阻滞起效时间、神经阻滞维持时间、疼痛评分及免疫功能均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者麻醉过程中,开展B超引导下腰丛复合坐骨神经阻滞麻醉,可更好保证麻醉效果.
