摘要

给予 2022 年 2 月银川市中医医院收治的 1 例慢性难愈合创面合并多重耐药性金黄色葡萄球菌感染患者应用湿润烧伤膏外敷联合中药汤剂口服治疗,治疗 30d时,创面分泌物病原菌培养结果呈阴性;治疗 45d时,创面完全愈合.

Abstract

The patient with chronic non-healing wounds complicated with multidrug-resistant Staphylococcus aureus infection,admitted into Yinchuan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in February 2022,was given the external application of MEBO and the oral administration of TCM decoction.On day 30 of treatment,the pathogen culture results of wound secretion showed negative.On day 45 of treatment,the wounds were healed completely.
