Objective To analyze the application effect of Kangfuxin Solution in the treatment of Helicobacter pylori(Hp)-infected gastric ulcers.Methods 62 patients with Hp-infected gastric ulcers,admitted to People's Hospital of Queshan from January 2021 to January 2022,were enrolled as research subjects and divided into study group(n=31)and control group(n=31)according to the different treatments they received.Patients in the control group were treated with omeprazole-based quadruple therapy,while patients in the study group received omeprazole-based quadruple therapy in combination with Kangfuxin Solution.The levels of serum inflammatory factors and gastrointestinal hormones,clinical efficacy,Hp negative conversion and re-positive rate of patients were compared between the two groups.Results After 4 weeks of treatment,the levels of interleukin-6(IL-6),gastrin(GAS)and motilin(MOT)of patients in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(t=9.153,13.644 and 18.528,all P＜0.001);16patientswere cured,7 patients were markedly effective,6 patients were effective,and 2 patients were ineffective in the study group,much better than that in the control group(Z=-2.206,P= 0.027)-10 patients cured,5 patients markedly effective,7 patients effective,and 9 patients ineffective.The Hp negative conversion rate of patients in the study group was 74.19%,which was obviously higher than the corresponding 48.39%in the control group(χ2=4.351,P=0.037).Three months after the end of treatment,the re-positive rate of patients in the study group was 8.70%,significantly lower than the 40.00%in the control group(χ2=5.353,P=0.021).Conclusion Combining Kangfuxin Solution with omeprazole-based quadruple therapy in the treatment of Hp-infected gastric ulcers can effectively reduce the levels of inflammatory factors and Hp re-positive rate,improve gastrointestinal hormone level,enhance Hp negative conversion rate,and the clinical efficacy is definite.
