多技术联合治愈胫前皮肤坏死伴坏死性筋膜炎1例报告

摘要
给予 2021 年 4 月西安市第九医院收治的 1 例胫前皮肤坏死伴坏死性筋膜炎患者在抗感染、营养支持等对症支持治疗的基础上,局部创面于彻底清创后采用负压封闭引流、湿润烧伤膏换药及自体微粒皮种植治疗,治疗 51d后,创面完全愈合,患者出院;出院后随访 9 个月,愈后皮肤遗留浅表性瘢痕.
Abstract
One patient with pretibial skin necrosis complicated with necrotizing fasciitis,admitted to Xi'an Ninth Hospital in April 2021,was given vacuum sealing drainage,MEBO dressing change,and autologous microskin implantation following the radical debridement for local wound management,on the basis of symptomatic and supportive treatments inclu-ding infection control and nutrition support.After 51 days of treatment,the wound was healed completely,and the patient was discharged from hospital.During the follow-up nine months after discharge,superficial scar was observed on the healed skin.
