摘要
骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折(OVCF)主要由椎体骨量减少、骨微结构退化、骨强度降低并受外力或不受外力作用所致,临床表现为持续性腰背部疼痛、肢体活动受限等,是导致患者残疾或死亡的重要原因之一,其患病率随着人口老龄化的不断加剧而升高,且治愈后再发骨折率较高.经皮椎体成形术(PVP)是OVCF常用的微创治疗方法,能够有效减轻患者腰背部疼痛,促进椎体功能恢复.基于此,本文主要对PVP 在OVCF治疗中的应用研究进展进行综述,以期进一步指导PVP的临床应用.
Abstract
Osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture(OVCF),caused mainly by the decrease of vertebral bone volume,bone microstructure degradation,bone strength reduction plus the effect of external force or not,and with such clinical manifestations as persistent low back pain and limitation of limb movement,etc.,has become one of the important causes of disability and death in patients.Even worse,its prevalence rate keeps rising as the population ages,and the re-fracture rate of patients is much high after healing.Percutaneous vertebroplasty(PVP),as a commonly-used minimally invasive treatment for OVCF,can effectively reduce patients'low back pain and promote the recovery of vertebral function.In this context,this article mainly reviewed the research progress on the application of PVP in the treatment of OVCF with the aim to provide reference for the better application of PVP in clinical practice.
