湿润烧伤膏保留灌肠治愈混合痔经肛门直肠黏膜环切术后药物性肠病1例报告

摘要
给予 2019 年 4 月湖北省中医院收治的 1 例混合痔经肛门直肠黏膜环切术后药物性肠病患者在常规中药辨证口服治疗的基础上行湿润烧伤膏保留灌肠治疗,治疗 1 个月后,溃疡创面完全愈合,愈后黏膜无瘢痕增生,肠腔无狭窄.
Abstract
One patient with drug-induced bowel disease after transanal rectal mucosal circumcision for mixed hem-orrhoids admitted to Hubei Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in April 2019 was treated with MEBO retention enema on the basis of oral administration of conventional syndrome-differentiated Chinese medicine.After one month of treat-ment,the ulcer wounds were all completely healed without scar hyperplasia on healed mucosa and stricture of bowel lumen.
