Induction of Aconitine Biosynthesis in Aspergillus flavus by Inducers
In order to explore the effect of different inducers on the yield of biosynthesis aconitine, the present study was carried out in the liquid fermentation of Aspergillus flavus by adding metal inducers(Co2+,Ag+and Cu2+)and chemical inducers(Methyl Jasmonate,MJ,Salicylic Acid,SA and Sodium nitroprusside,SND),as well as YE(Yeast extract),SE(Seed extract)and Bac(Symbiotic bacterial fermentation broth). The results showed that Ag+,Cu2+and Co2+all could promote the biosynthesis of aconitine,in which Ag+at 50 μmol/L increased the aconitine yield by 10-fold compared with the control.Induction effects of the chemical inducers MJ and SA were significant,in which the addition of 100 μmol/L MJ significantly increased the production of aconitine with a yield of 20.74 mg/L,which was 11-fold higher than that of the control, while YE,SE and Bac did not have any significant effect on the biosynthesis of aconitine by Aspergillus flavus.
