伏马毒素B1对棉铃虫生长发育、解毒酶系和抗氧化酶系的影响

玉米耕作模式的转变,使伏马毒素 B1 成为棉铃虫需要面对的新环境因素.为明确棉铃虫对这种新环境因素的适应机制,本研究测定了饲喂伏马毒素 B1 后棉铃虫的生长发育情况及体内解毒酶、抗氧化酶活性.自棉铃虫 3龄幼虫连续摄入伏马毒素B1后,幼虫期 7 d体质量增长量、产卵量及孵化率较对照组有不同程度的降低,棉铃虫化蛹之前的发育历期较对照组缩短,而蛹期却延长.不同浓度的伏马毒素 B1 胁迫不同时间后棉铃虫体内酯酶的活性均显著升高,细胞色素P450 和谷胱甘肽S-转移酶的活性有不同程度的变化;抗氧化酶系中,过氧化氢酶和超氧化物歧化酶活性在伏马毒素B1胁迫 1 d时较对照组均显著升高,过氧化物酶活性仅在高剂量处理 5 d时显著升高.棉铃虫伏马毒素B1耐受品系中羧酸酯酶、过氧化氢酶、过氧化物酶活性较敏感品系显著升高,分别上升 75.40%、50.74%、117.21%.综上,摄入伏马毒素 B1 后棉铃虫的生长发育受到影响,棉铃虫通过激活酯酶、过氧化氢酶、过氧化物酶等应对伏马毒素B1的胁迫.
Effects of Fumonisin B1 on Growth and Development,Detoxification Enzymes and Antioxidant Enzymes of Helicoverpa armigera
Fumonisin B1 has become a new environmental factor confronted by cotton bollworm because of the change of maize cultivation pattern.To clarify the adaptation of H.armigera to this new environmental factor,the growth and development of H.armigera and the activities of detoxification enzymes and antioxidant enzymes in H.armigera fed with fumonisin B1 were determined.Fumonisin B1 was fed continuously to the larvae since the third instar,the weight gain of the larvae in 7 days,the number of eggs laid,and the hatching rate decreased to varying degrees compared with the control group,and the developmental duration before pupation was shortened,while the pupal stage was prolonged.The lactonase activities of H.armigera were significantly increased,and the activities of cytochrome P450 and glutathione S-transferase varied in different degrees after different time of fumonisin B1 stress.The activities of catalase(CAT)and superoxide dismutase(SOD)were significantly increased after fumonisin B1 treatment for 1 day,while the activity of peroxidase(POD)was significantly increased only after 5 days of high fumonisin B1 treatment.The activities of carboxylesterase,catalase,and peroxidase in the fumonisin B1-resistant strain were significantly higher than those in the sensitive strain,increasing by 75.40%,50.74%,and 117.21%,respectively.To sum up,the growth and development of H.armigera are affected by fumonisin B1,and H.armigera responds to the stress of fumonisin B1 by activating esterase,catalase and peroxidase.
