摘要

钢筋镦粗直螺纹连接技术通过对钢筋端部冷墩扩粗、切削螺纹,再用连接套筒对接钢筋.这种接头技术综合了套筒挤压接头和锥螺纹接头的优点,具有接头强度高、质量稳定、施工方便、连接速度快、应用范围广、综合效益好的优点.通过该技术在某工程中的应用,对比常规的焊接技术,分析了镦粗直螺纹连接技术的特点及试验检测原理,证明该技术完全能代替常规的焊接技术,且强度高,性能稳定,连接速度快,综合效益好.
