摘要

新冶钢的前身是大冶特钢,具有百年历史.大冶特钢改制后如果不进行创新,将跟不上钢铁工业发展的步伐.新冶钢的决策层为了做到与时俱进,在管理体制上进行了创新,使新冶钢走在了全国特钢行业的前列.
