Research progress and vaccination strategy of human papilloma virus vaccine
Persistent infection of high-risk HPV is the main pathogenic factor of cervical cancer.HPV vac-cination is one of the effective methods to prevent HPV infection,cervical precancerous lesions and invasive cervical cancer.In China,due to various reasons,the coverage rate of HPV vaccination is relatively low.This article will discuss the development history present situation and progress of HPV vaccine,the safety of HPV vaccination,and the vaccination strategy of HPV vaccine in foreign countries from various levels angles and aspects.Finally,according to the actual situation in China and combined with the international HPV vaccination strategy,some suggestions are made which are suitable for the Chinese society.We also discuss the vaccination strategy of HPV vaccine in various situations.
