The incidence and mortality of cervical cancer still rank first among gynecologic malignant tumors.To achieve the vision of eliminating cervical cancer,as a necessary means of secondary prevention,high-quality and efficient screening is a key comple-ment to primary prevention.Although international and national guidelines have been published,in view of the economic differences in different regions and technical differences among medical personnel,there are various degrees of problems of excessive,insufficient,or non-standard diagnosis and treatment of cervical lesions.This article will classically expound the common misunderstandings in the diagnosis and treatment of cervical lesions.
