Regarding the labor management,both do-mestic and foreign expert consensus consistently ad-vocate minimizing and avoiding unnecessary inter-ventions as much as possible.On the premise of en-suring maternal and fetal safety,the challenges facing the obstetricians are as follows:how to implement standardized and comprehensive labor management,early prediction of potential risk factors leading to prolonged latent phase and timely correction,and in-dividualized assessment at early stage of active phase and taking relative measures to avoid protracted active phase.
