摘要
分娩时脐血血气分析在评估新生儿缺氧、预测新生儿死亡、神经系统损伤等疾病中具有重要作用.目前国内外尚未统一规定其正常值范围.文章对分娩时新生儿酸碱平衡生理学、脐带血样本采集、重要指标的正常范围、脐血血气分析在临床诊疗中的价值及异常血气值和新生儿不良结局的关联几个方面进行系统论述.
Abstract
Umbilical cord blood gas analysis during delivery plays a vital role in evaluating neonatal as-phyxia,predicting and neonatal death and evaluating,neurological injury and other diseases.Presently,there is no standard range of cord blood gas indexes world-wide.This paper systematically discussed the physi-ology of neonatal acid-base status,sample collection,key indicators of cord blood gas,its clinical value and relationship between blood gas and fetal outcomes.
