摘要
术后疼痛是盆底重建手术的常见并发症之一.经久不愈的术后疼痛会严重影响患者的生活质量,甚至导致其出现心理精神问题,需采取多学科合作模式诊疗.文章就盆底重建手术术后疼痛的病因、评估、处理和预防进行阐述和讨论.
Abstract
Postoperative pain is one of the common complications of pelvic reconstruction surgery.Long-term postoperative pain affects the quality of life of patients seriously,and even leads to psychological and mental problems.Multidisciplinary cooperation mode is needed for diagnosis and treatment.This article dis-cusses the etiology,evaluation,management and pre-vention of postoperative pain after pelvic reconstruction surgery.
