摘要
网片暴露是妇科盆底网片植入手术的常见并发症之一,可能导致疼痛、感染和功能障碍等不良后果.通过文献综述和临床经验总结,文章对阴道网片暴露的评估和处理方法进行了综合分析.首先,确定患者的症状、网片暴露的大小和位置等,以便对网片暴露进行准确地评估.其次,阐述了处理策略,包括保守治疗、网片修剪和网片取出等.此外,还探讨了网片暴露的预防策略.最后,展望了未来对于网片暴露评估与处理的研究方向,包括干细胞和网片结合的应用.总之,对于网片暴露的评估与处理,需要多学科合作、个体化治疗和科学化的管理.
Abstract
Vaginal mesh exposure is one of the common complications of gynecologic pelvic mesh implantation surgery,which can lead to adverse outcomes such as pain,infection,and functional impairment.Through literature review and clinical experience summary,we conducted a comprehensive analysis of the assessment and management methods for vaginal mesh exposure.Firstly,the symptom,size and location of mesh expo-sure were assessed to accurately evaluate the extent of exposure.Secondly,various treatment strategies were reviewed,including conservative management,mesh trimming and mesh removal.Additionally,strategies for preventing mesh exposure were discussed.Lastly,we discussed future research directions in the assessment and management of mesh exposure,including the ap-plications of stem cell and mesh applications in com-bination.In summary,a multidisciplinary and indi-vidualized approach as well as a scienfific management is required for the assessment and management of mesh exposure.
