摘要
严重产后出血是导致孕产妇器官功能衰竭甚至死亡的首要原因.通过对严重产后出血的早期识别与及时干预等措施可有效避免相关事件的发生.如何合理利用孕期管理中的全程产检信息对严重产后出血发生风险进行预测,以指导临床医生进行精准预防及干预,是目前亟需解决的关键临床问题.文章针对现有临床实践中运用全程产检信息开展严重产后出血风险预测的不同处理方式进行总结,并基于不同的研究目的,厘清科学合理的处理方式,介绍可用的模型构建方法,以期为利用全程产检信息预测严重产后出血提供方法学指导.
Abstract
Severe postpartum hemorrhage is the leading cause of maternal organ failure and even death.Early identification of severe postpartum hemorrhage and timely intervention can effectively prevent the occur-rence of related events.How to predict the risk of se-vere postpartum hemorrhage by using the information on the full obstetric examination in the management of pregnancy and how to guide clinicians to carry out accurate prevention and intervention is a key clinical problem that needs to be solved immediately.In this paper,we summarize the different ways of predicting the risk of severe postpartum hemorrhage by using the information on the full obstetric examination in existing clinical practice,clarify the scientific and reasonable ways of handling the information based on different research purposes,and introduce the available methods of model construction,aiming to provide methodolog-ical guidance for the prediction of severe postpartum hemorrhage by using the information on the full ob-stetric examination.
