Research status of hemostatic methods for post-partum hemorrhage
Postpartum hemorrhage(PPH)is defined as bleeding being>500 mL in vaginal delivery or>1000 mL in cesarean section within 24 h after the delivery of the fetus.Postpartum hemorrhage is the most common complication of delivery period,and is also the primary cause of maternal death.Timely,rapid and correct hemostasis is a crucial step in the treatment of post-partum hemorrhage.This article reviews the research progress of hemostatic theory and methods for post-partum hemorrhage,with a view to providing help in controlling postpartum hemorrhage and improving prognosis,in order to provide guarantee for maternal life safety.
