摘要
子宫内膜异位症是育龄期女性常见妇科疾病之一,30％～50％的子宫内膜异位症患者受不孕症的困扰,因此,保护和改善子宫内膜异位症患者生育力,提高患者生活质量是疾病的诊治目标之一.子宫内膜异位症生育指数评分能够可靠预测患者术后自然妊娠概率,指导术后妊娠方式选择,提高妊娠率的同时降低患者经济损失.
Abstract
Endometriosis is one of the common gyne-cologic diseases in women of reproductive age,and 30％-50％of endometriosis patients suffer from in-fertility.As a result,protecting and improving the fertility and quality of life of women with endometriosis is one of the diagnostic and therapeutic goals of the disease.The Endometriosis Fertility Index score can reliably predict the probability of natural pregnancy after surgery,guide the choice of postoperative preg-nancy,which can improve the pregnancy rate while reducing financial losses for patients.
