有生育要求的深部浸润型子宫内膜异位症手术时机

摘要
子宫内膜异位症(简称内异症)是影响育龄期女性身心健康的重要疾病之一,它可从多方面降低患者的生育力.深部浸润型子宫内膜异位症(DE)是内异症中很重要的一个类型.自子宫内膜异位症诊治指南(第三版)提出临床诊断的概念后,妇科医生对DE的诊断率有所提升.而且,对于有生育需求的DE患者,是否应该进行手术,何时进行手术,目前尚无明确指引.文章将针对此类患者的手术时机进行文献分析和研究证据的梳理,拟为临床医生的处理提供参考.
Abstract
Endometrosis(EM)is one of the important diseases that affects the health of women of reproduc-tive age.It can reduce the fertility ability of patients in different aspects.Deep infiltrating endometriosis(DE)is one of the most important types of EM.Since the concept of clinical diagnosis was emphasized in the diagnosis and treatment guideline of endometriosis(3rd edition),the diagnosis rate of DE is increasing in recent years.However,there is no guideline for the indication and the timing of surgery of DE with fertility requirement.This article tries to make a literature re-view and analyzation of clinical researches,providing evidences for clinical gynecologists when dealing with these patients.
