不孕症合并中枢性闭经的诊治思考

摘要
中枢性闭经,即下丘脑-垂体功能障碍所致的闭经,以低促性腺激素性性腺功能减退为特征.这类患者通常因慢性无排卵、雌激素水平低下而面临不孕的问题.通过激素补充治疗、生活方式管理及辅助生殖技术可使之获得较好的排卵率和妊娠结局.其中根据中枢性闭经的具体原因及患者的自身情况进行个体化的管理尤为重要.文章从中枢性闭经的诊断、备孕和治疗方面探讨不孕症合并中枢性闭经的诊治.
Abstract
Hypothalamic-pituitary amenorrhea,re-sulting from hypothalamic-pituitary dysfunction,is characterized by hypogonadotropic hypogonadism.Patients typically face infertility issues due to chronic anovulation and low estrogen level.Ovulation rate and pregnancy outcome can be achieved through hormone replacement,lifestyle management,and assisted re-productive technology.Individualized management is especially important.This article explores the diagnosis,preconception care,and treatment aspects related to infertility associated with hypothalamic-pituitary amenorrhea.
