摘要
甲状腺激素调控人体的新陈代谢和卵巢、子宫组织的生长,甲状腺轴也可能干扰下丘脑-垂体-卵巢轴从而导致排卵障碍、黄体功能受损等.因此,甲状腺功能减退与多种生殖内分泌疾病相关,包括性发育异常、月经紊乱、不孕等.左旋甲状腺素是甲状腺激素的常见替代药物,是治疗甲状腺功能减退的首选药物,有助于合并甲状腺功能减退的不孕女性自然受孕和通过辅助生殖技术受孕.
Abstract
Thyroid hormone regulates metabolism and the growth of ovarian and uterine tissues,and the thyroid axis may also interfere with the hypothalamic-pituitary-ovarian axis leading to ovulation disorders,impaired luteal function,etc.Consequently,hypothy-roidism is associated with a variety of reproductive endocrine disorders,including abnormal sexual de-velopment,menstrual disorders,infertility.Levothy-roxine is a shared alternative to thyroid hormone and is the preferred drug for the treatment of hypothyroidism,which is beneficial to infertility with hypothyroidism to conceive naturally and through assisted reproductive technology.
