摘要
代谢综合征(metabolic syndrome,MS)是一组以肥胖、高血糖、血脂异常以及高血压等聚集发病为特征的临床征候群.不孕症合并MS以多囊卵巢综合征最为常见.MS是妊娠期高血压、糖尿病等合并症或者并发症以及围产儿不良结局的重要病因.因此,合理控制和纠正孕前体重超标、高血压和糖脂代谢异常,对改善妊娠结局、健康生育有积极意义.
Abstract
Metabolic syndrome(MS)is a clinical syn-drome characterized by clustered onset of obesity,hyperglycemia,dyslipidemia,and hypertension.Poly-cystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)is the most common type of infertility with MS.MS is an important cause of gestational hypertension,gestational diabetes mellitus and other comorbidities or complications,as well as poor perinatal outcomes.Therefore,reasonable control and correction of pre-pregnancy overweight,hyper-tension,and glucose and lipid metabolic disorder has positive significance for improving pregnancy outcomes and healthy reproduction.
